Valerie Carroll danced with the Hermann Sons Life Cibolo School of Dance for ten years. At the age of 16, she became an assistant teacher with the program and took on the role of instructor after graduating high school in 2013. In addition to dancing, Valerie enjoys reading, working on puzzles and traveling with her husband.

Cassie Krueger has been a member of Converse Lodge for more than 40 years. She began dancing at the Ruth Ellis Dance Studio and then moved to the Hermann Sons Life San Antonio School of Dance under the direction of Linda Jones. She later became a dance teacher for the San Antonio school and has taught now for more that 24 years at multiple schools including Cibolo, Poth, Yorktown, La Vernia, Lone Oak, Helotes and Stockdale. “Family and community are very important to me,” Cassie said. In addition to teaching dance, she is a 4-H leader and a board member of the German Bowling Club. Cassie is married and has two sons.
