Sales
Our agents are independent contractors who sell whole life, term life, annuities and Medicare products, emphasizing the important role these products play in strengthening the family community. Contract employment is part-time, and compensation is based on commissions and bonuses. Agent candidates must be currently licensed in Life, Health and Annuities.
In addition to life insurance and annuities, Hermann Sons Life has recently added Medicare to their portfolio of products and, if interested, agents will be given guidance on how to study and prepare for Medicare certification.
Agents are non-captive and may work from anywhere in Texas selling life insurance and annuities for Hermann Sons Life.
Candidates go through an orientation and training session to help prepare them to become qualified Hermann Sons Life agents and are given leads (when available) to help build their book of business. Candidates should be open to becoming a member of our organization.
